Hennepin County Health Care for the Homeless

Any adult or child experiencing homelessness is eligible for this program. This includes anyone who has been homeless within the past year or that is living:

• Outside or on the street
• In a shelter or transitional housing
• With friends or relatives

There are nine different shelters and drop-in centers in Minneapolis.
