We are seeking a part or full time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at our clinic locations in Northome and Bigfork, MN.

This position will provide comprehensive medical treatment of presenting patients; perform various exams such as routine physical examinations, well child check-ups, and chronic disease maintenance; as well as diagnosing and treating acute illnesses. Average appointment length is 30 minutes, with 45-minutes allocated for physicals and wellchild exams.

Our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants develop their own patient panel and our physicians are always staffed and happy to offer a second opinion. Scenic Rivers Health Services is a FQHC which enables our Providers to focus on the patient with no RVU or production contracts.

Schedule: This position will work 2-3 days in Northome during clinic hours of Monday - Thursday and 1-2 days in Bigfork during clinic hours of Monday - Friday.

Requirements: As a provider, you must be team-oriented but also self-motivated and able to work independently. A valid MN License and DEA Certificate are required. Chronic and Acute care for all life cycles must be provided.
